Your chauffeur will wait up to 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals at no charge. Waiting charges apply only after the grace period at $60 per hour, pro-rated to 15-minute intervals.

There is a $15 fee charged by Toronto Pearson airport for pre-arranged private transportation. This fee helps the airport to manage and maintain the passenger pickup zones. We will add that amount to your total fare.

As soon as your flight lands, your chauffeur will contact you via text or phone call. After you've cleared customs and collected your luggage, proceed to Door A (Terminal 1) or Post 7 (Terminal 3) and look for the Pre-Arranged Transportation Desk.
