Polaris Reserve

1. Introduction

Welcome to Polaris Reserve, operated by 17237111 Canada Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our chauffeur services through www.ridepolarisreserve.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern all reservations, payments, and use of our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

  • All bookings are pre-arranged through our website, email, or phone at 1-866-2GET-LUX.
  • Minimum booking duration for hourly service is 2 hours.
  • Service confirmation will be sent via email or text message once payment authorization or deposit is received.
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Airport Transfers

  • We provide complimentary real-time flight tracking for all airport pickups.
  • You do not need to notify us if your flight is delayed.
  • If your flight is cancelled or missed, please call us immediately with your new flight details to avoid a No-Show charge.
  • Complimentary waiting time:
    45 minutes for domestic arrivals
    60 minutes for international arrivals
    After this grace period, waiting time will be charged at C$60/hour, pro-rated in 15-minute intervals.
  • Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) applies a C$15 pre-arranged transportation fee, which will be added to your fare.
  • For Meet & Greet service, an additional C$60 applies. Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim, assist with luggage, and escort you to the vehicle.

4. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

  • Toronto Pearson (YYZ)
  • Terminal 1: Door A at the Pre-Arranged Transportation area
    Terminal 3: Post 7 at the Pre-Arranged Transportation area
  • Your chauffeur will contact you via text or phone call upon your flight’s arrival and guide you to the pickup zone.
  • For other airports (e.g., Billy Bishop, Hamilton International), pickup points will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Rates and Payments

  • All fares are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of HST, unless otherwise stated.(YYZ)
  • Rates are fixed and transparent, based on the trip or hourly duration — never per passenger.
  • Additional time, extra stops, waiting beyond the grace period, or route changes may result in a fare adjustment.
  • Payment is accepted via major credit cards or approved corporate accounts.
  • Receipts are automatically issued to the email provided at booking.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (including flight cancellations not reported) will be charged 100% of the fare.
  • For hourly or event bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm service.

7. Vehicle and Passenger Policy

  • Each vehicle accommodates up to 6 passengers and standard luggage capacity.
  • No extra charge applies for additional passengers.
  • Reasonable stops or detours along the booked route are included at no cost; please inform us in advance.
  • For passenger safety, seatbelts must be worn at all times.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

8. Service Areas

Polaris Reserve currently operates in:
Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Oakville, Niagara Falls, Kitchener–Waterloo, and the Greater Toronto and Southern Ontario region, with service available for long-distance or cross-border travel upon request.

9. Liability and Limitations

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or situations beyond our control.
  • Lost or forgotten items in our vehicles are not the responsibility of Polaris Reserve, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in their recovery.
  • Clients are responsible for any vehicle damage caused by their actions or those of their guests.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and is used solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.

11. Updates to Terms

Polaris Reserve reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all new bookings.
