Polaris Reserve is a Hamilton-based chauffeur service that travel agents and advisors book for their clients across Toronto, Hamilton, the GTA and Niagara. We pay commission on client bookings, and you don’t need an IATA, CLIA or TICO number. Your agency pays on your client’s behalf, the Meet & Greet sign can show your agency’s name, and you get the confirmation and updates. Fares are fixed per vehicle, never per passenger.

What You Can Book for Your Clients
- Airport transfers: Toronto Pearson (YYZ) with fixed fares from $110, and Billy Bishop (YTZ) and Hamilton International (YHM) from $165, door to door to hotels and homes across the GTA.
- Private Niagara wine tours: your clients’ own chauffeur and their choice of wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Twenty Valley. From $75/hr for two in a Hyundai Tucson N Line, $115/hr for up to 6 in a Suburban, or $170/hr for up to 12 in a Sprinter.
- Chauffeured days and sightseeing: Toronto, Niagara Falls and beyond, with a chauffeur who stays with your clients all day (from $115/hr, 3-hour minimum).
- Groups: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 12 passengers and 10 bags, an Executive Sprinter for 8, or several vehicles coordinated as one booking.
- Longer and cross-border trips: Kitchener–Waterloo, and Buffalo and Detroit airports on request.
How Your Clients Are Looked After
- Flight tracking on every airport pickup, with free waiting: 45 minutes after domestic arrivals, 60 after international.
- Meet & Greet inside the terminal (C$60). The chauffeur waits at baggage claim with a name sign that can show your agency’s name, helps with luggage and walks your clients to the car.
- Licensed, background-checked chauffeurs in commercially insured vehicles.
- Child and booster seats on request, and your clients’ preferences kept on file for their next trip.
- A comfortable private car: a black Chevrolet Suburban with leather seats, privacy glass, Wi-Fi and bottled water.
How You Stay in Control
- You book, we confirm. Confirmations go to you and to your client, by email or text.
- You hear how it’s going. You get a text when your client is picked up and dropped off, and if a flight change moves the pickup, we tell you directly.
- Your agency pays on your client’s behalf. A receipt is emailed after every trip, with your booking reference on it.
How to book
- Send the trip to concierge@ridepolarisreserve.ca, call +1 289 627 1888 or use Book Now, 24/7. Same-day bookings are accepted.
- Include your client’s name and mobile, the flight number or pickup address and time, the drop-off address, passengers and bags, any child seats, Meet & Greet (yes or no), your agency’s name for the sign and your booking reference.
- We confirm to you and your client, and send you updates on the day.

All Pearson fares by city are in the Pearson fare table. Pearson’s C$17.50 pickup fee applies to arrivals.
Changes and cancellations
- Changes: subject to availability, and may change the fare.
- Cancellations: free more than 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply.
- Cancelled or missed flight: call us right away with the new flight details. A no-show is charged 100% of the fare.

Do I need an IATA, CLIA or TICO number to book?
No. Any travel agent or advisor can book with us and earn commission, with or without an IATA, CLIA or TICO number.
Who pays: my agency or my client?
Your agency pays on your client’s behalf, and a receipt is emailed after every trip with your booking reference on it.
Can the Meet & Greet sign show my agency’s name?
Yes. With Meet & Greet (C$60), the chauffeur waits inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign that can show your agency’s name.
How do I book an airport transfer for my client arriving at Pearson?
Email or call us with your client’s name, mobile and flight number, plus the drop-off address. We track the flight, the chauffeur contacts your client when they land, and you get the confirmation and a text at pickup and drop-off.
Can I book Niagara wine tours for my clients?
Yes. We run private Niagara wine tours from Toronto and Hamilton: your clients’ own chauffeur and their choice of wineries in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Twenty Valley, from $75/hr for two, $115/hr for up to 6, or $170/hr for up to 12.
Can you handle groups?
Yes. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 12 with 10 bags, an Executive Sprinter seats 8, and we coordinate several vehicles as one booking for larger groups.
